Coronavirus Update

Due to the Governor's "Stay-At-Home" order, we will remain OPEN because we are considered an essential business. As stated previously, we are going above and beyond with the sanitization of our building to keep everyone safe.

We greatly appreciate the loyalty of all of our client's and just know we will take the upmost care of you and your pets during this difficult time.

We kindly ask that only one client enter the building at a time. We are now requiring face coverings when you enter the facility due to the City of Winter Haven's Face Covering Emergency Ordinance. We will be happy to come to your car to retrieve and/or deliver your pet/s. Please give us a call from the parking lot if we can be of any assistance - (863) 293-7327.
